Contested Matters


Practice before the USPTO involving any contested matters, including AIA post grant proceedings such as Inter Partes Review (IPR), Covered Business Method Review (CBM), Post-Grant Review (PGR), reexaminations, and interferences. The committee will provide substantive programming to educate practitioners and companies regarding contested matters, and will consider and address relevant legal precedent, proposed legislation and proposed rules presented by the USPTO relevant to such contested matters.
