BPLA Ethics Committee

Subject-Matter Conflicts in view Maling v. Finnegan and other cases

 

The BPLA Ethics Committee will host a meeting and panel discussion relating to subject matter conflicts in view of the recent SJC decision in Maling v. Finnegan.  The meeting will include a discussion of the procedural history of the case and a panel discussion offering various perspectives on the issues, including discussion of hypothetical scenarios.
