Trade secret litigation has risen steadily since 2000 and costs U.S. companies billions of dollars per year.  The FBI stands at the helm of the fight against trade secret misappropriation, prosecuting cases under the Economic Espionage Act and working with the private sector through its Counterintelligence Strategic Partnership Program.  "The FBI Speaks Out" will give attendees an inside look at the FBI's efforts to combat increasing incidents of corporate espionage.  Attendees will also hear from private practitioners with decades of experience in the field.
