Trademarks and Unfair Competition
The Trademark and Unfair Competition Committee is concerned with all aspects of trademark, trade name, trade dress, and dilution proceedings, both in the courts and before the Patent and Trademark Office and other domestic and international administrative bodies. The Committee expects to focus this year on current issues in trademark law such as domain name registration on the Internet, anti-counterfeiting legislation and enforcement measures, and the globalization of trademark practice.
The Committee will periodically present seminars, at which all (members and non-members) are welcome.
